An innovative brand
Kanye West started his career by founding the business Pastelle, he had always wanted to produce items under his own name. The multidisciplinary artist then works with a number of streetwear companies, including Nike and Bape. Although not all of these compilations will be immediately successful, they will all go on to become classics.
He continued to be an avant-gardist and visionary, and he collaborated with Louis Vuitton on a line of sneakers. As a result of his dissatisfaction and frustration with these many partnerships, in 2015 he comes into contact with the sportswear company Adidas, which is prepared to give him the formation of a joint venture similar to Nike and Jordan rather than just a straightforward cooperation. From this meeting was born the brand Yeezy, founded alongside Virgil Abloh, who founded his own brand Off-White.
