When will I receive my invite and activation key ?
Invites and keys will be sent out within 1-12 hours after our restock. Please allow 12 hours before contacting us about not receiving your key.
Do you support countries besides the US ?
Superior Chefs has a staff team from all different regions ensuring that you will receive support at any time.
Do I need a bot to be in Superior Chefs ?
It is not required to have a bot in order to be apart of Superior Chefs. However, we recommend you have one in order to make full use of our group. Even without a bot, you will be provided with all different kinds of information, helping you secure the latest releases.
How can I cancel my membership ?
Your membership can be cancelled at any time during the month. You can do this by going to the #faq channel in Superior Chefs and by following the steps provided to you. We recommend canceling your membership 1-2 days before it ends in order to maximize your time as a member. If you have any problems cancelling, feel free to message one of the admins. Please keep in mind that after a recurring charge has been made, we cannot grant a refund. You will have to cancel for the following month.
